Why I Started Personal Training?
I remember back in High School seeing a statistic that about 2/3 of the United States population was overweight and/or obese. I was completely taken back by that number, and knew that I was someone who has the drive and dedication to lower that percentage, even if it's only one person at a time. I've always loved sports, exercise, and living a healthy lifestyle, and I found a way where I can combine all that and help change someone's life for the better. I truly believe that with my leadership, motivation, education, and experience, there's not one person's life I can't help make healthier!
