    I started my Professional Personal Training career in August of 2010 at New York Sport's Club in Ridgewood, New Jersey. After training there for a year, I transferred within the company to New York City where I worked for another year. I then made the decision to move out on my own and start my own brand, CommitFit. I earned my Bachelors in Science in Kinesiology, at the University of Connecticut, specifically in the field of Strength and Conditioning (*Classes Listed Below). I have, and continue to further educate myself within all the fields of health and fitness to make myself extremely well-rounded. I have actively played sports at a competitive level in football, basketball, baseball, track, wrestling, bowling, and volleyball, as well as trained in Mixed Martial Arts. My background and experience within the fields of exercise have allowed me to work and understand a variety of clients ranging from collegiate athletes to senior citizens, and the whole general population in between. Whether your goals be; reaching your optimum level of performance for a sport, weightloss, or even just living a healthier, more fit lifestyle, with your determination and my dedication to you, WE WILL see the results together in achieving our goals!
