We at CommitFitNYC prefer selling programs over sessions, as we feel it forces more of a commitment from the client. Program prices differ depending on what we feel is the most efficient way to get you to your goals. However, we do understand a lot of people have time constraints, therefore we do offer session packages that are listed below and allow scheduling to occur a little more freely. Please note that we do have a 12 hour cancellation policy and all session packages expire after 1 year from purchase date.

               1 on 1 Training

 

With 1 on 1 training, each session is all about you.  Your workouts will be designed specifically for the goals that you would like to achieve.

Perfect for those that prefer working out in a group setting because of the extra push and desire to compete against one another, whether it be a friend or stranger. Example SGT - TRX, Kettlebells, Circuit Training, Strength & Conditioning, Boot Camp, Race Training (Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, Maniac Mud Run, etc..)
